All orders are shipped “signed-for” (signature required on delivery) and usually arrive within 48 hours but can take up to 3 working days (UK).
In the unlikely event that a parcel form us gets lost or damaged in transit (no proof of delivery), full order replacement will be shipped after 10 working days from the original payment date (UK ONLY) – this is the time required by the delivery services to recover lost the item before a complaint can be filed.
EU – we cannot take responsibility for products that are kept by customs. If they send the products back to us, we will refund the order (not the shipping cost). It is your responsibility to know the laws in your country before ordering from our website.
