Step-by-step payment instructions (crypto and PaysafeCard):

Paying with crypto using Trust Wallet App

Trust Wallet app is a popular and easy to use mobile app which allow you to buy, sell, send and receive crypto currency.

STEP 1

Install Trust Wallet App from AppStore or GooglePlay

Open and click “Create a new wallet” – follow instructions

STEP 2

Press “Buy” and select “Bitcoin”

STEP 3

As the payment method, choose MoonPay

STEP 4

Enter the amount of crypto you want to purchase

(you will be able to adjust the amount to match the monetary value – purchase ~5% extra to cover MoonPay transaction fee – up to 4.5%)

Click “Next”

STEP 5

Confirm order by clicking “Continue”

Follow instructions to purchase crypto

(enter email, enter digital code, verify identity)

This process is no different then opening an online bank account. Be patient – you will have to provide photo ID, face scan, proof of address (if you use your driving license as proof of ID then you will not be able to use it as proof of address). Additionally you will have to answer some questions showing that you understand potential risks involved with investing in crypto currencies …and even after all that – this one time only – you will still have to wait another 24 hours before continuing with your transaction – this is to make sure that you had some time to think about it! Once this is done you’ll be free to enjoy secure and anonymous on-line payments using crypto currencies – a very useful tool to have at your disposal.

STEP 6

You’ve purchased Bitcoin and it is now visible in your wallet. Click “Send” then select “Bitcoin”

STEP 7

Scan the QR code with your phone or copy/paste our wallet address as the recipient address from here.

STEP 8

Enter the amount of crypto matching the value of your order and Click “Send”

STEP 9

After you’ve made your payment, please send us a separate email with the transaction ID (TxID) and quoting your order number in the subject line to info@greencraftlab.com or via our contact form.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS BY REPLAYING TO THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL – WE WON’T SEE IT!

Once we receive the TxID of your payment (including your order number) we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

Paying with PaysafeCard

PaysafeCard is easy to use and widely available anonymous payment method.

STEP 1

Install PaysafeCard App and follow set up instructions (easy and straightforward). From there you will be able to purchase PaysafeCard PIN codes online and use instantly. Alternatively, you can purchase PaysafeCard PIN online without PaysafeCard App or find sales outlet near you and purchase a physical PaysafeCard for cash in store (look up available stores near you).

STEP 2

Purchase PaysafeCard PIN online (you can purchase PIN at flexible value if you use the PaysafeCard app) or purchase the card in store (for cash) at a value of £5, £10, 25, 50 & 100. If you purchase

Additional Paysafe guidelines:

  • Paysafecard is a prepaid payment method: It works with 16-digit PIN codes that you can use to make online payments. 
  • Access the PIN Shop: Log in to your PaysafeCard account and click “Buy online” on your dashboard or go to the PIN Shop > Buy PaysafeCard online.
  • Select PIN Amount and Payment Method: Choose the desired PIN amount and your preferred payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer).
  • Top Up Your Account (Optional): Decide whether you want the purchased PIN amount to be automatically topped up to your PaysafeCard balance – DO NOT tick “Automatically top up to my balance” box if you just want the PIN to use as a payment for your order with us.
  •  No direct purchase with balance: You cannot directly use your existing PaysafeCard balance to purchase new Paysafecard PINs.
  • Complete the Transaction: Accept the applicable terms and conditions, enter the details of your selected payment method, and complete the transaction.
  • Receive Your PIN: After successful payment, your purchased 16-digit PIN will be displayed on screen.
